A Fort Collins resident since 1982, Terri Shields brings proven organizational and management skills to her position with Everitt Commercial Partners.

An Oklahoma native, Terri attended Southwestern Oklahoma City Junior College before transferring to Oklahoma State University. After moving to Fort Collins, Terri purchased and co-owned Foothills Vision Center. Her entrepreneurial spirit guided her in developing exceptional administrative, technical, marketing and communication skills. Terri advanced those skills at front range businesses such as Poudre Valley Ophthalmology, Eye Center of Northern Colorado, and Denver Health Trauma Center.

After a strong 20-year history of successful management and marketing in the medical industry, Terri founded Willowgate Mortgage Company. While providing mortgage loan origination services, she developed an interest in the real estate market. Terri joined the Everitt Companies team to assist Everitt Commercial Partners and Everitt MacMillan Development in May of 2005. The diverse environments that exists at Everitt Commercial Partners and Everitt MacMillan Development, offer her new opportunities to advance her interest in real estate brokerage and development. A licensed broker, Terri performs the daily administrative and marketing functions of Everitt Commercial Partners and Everitt MacMillan Development.
